The Corporal is an intermediary between the military and the Cops of The City. Apart from Frank, he is the only person in the prologue who speaks with Jake on the radio. He is first met in person by Jake on the top floor of an apartment where the latter is taking a sniping position. He takes command of the mission after Frank's assassination. The Corporal's current status is unknown in the aftermath of the Prologue.
