Frank's Pilot is a character in Underhell that does not play any role in the story other then pilot a blackhawk.
While hovering next to the Parking Garage, Frank's Assassin appeared at the apartment behind him and fired a RPG at the blackhawk's tail. The pilot lost control of the blackhawk resulting in a crash, killing both Frank Greene and the pilot himself.
