The Hospital hostage is the second hostage to be found in Underhell. After clearing the terrorist on the third floor of the hospital, he will open a door near the counters and greet the player. He reveals that there are no other hostages other then himself and the Rooftop Hostage(If she were rescued) in the hospital. He later says that the terrorist had taken the rest of the hostages elsewhere.
