Micheal is a character that appears at the near end of the Prologue, serving as Jake Hawkfield's Lawyer (And much more). He had questioned Jake about the incident in the City which involves the latter. Michael was unsuccessful at obtaining a alibi from Jake thus, meant that defending Jake in court would be impossible. Though it does not matter as Jake was taken into custody by an unknown character.
