The Mall is a large building within The City, it contains both a Subway Station andParking Garage.
On September 13th, 2013, Terrorists have ceased The Mall as well as its' Occupants. This is most likely done to delay the SWAT Units from reaching the run away Terrorist group.
SWAT Units were dispatched to rescue it's hostages and secure The Mall.
After all hostages have been rescued or killed, a Black Hawk will be spotted shooting down the South Facing Window, and engage in combat with Jake Hawkfield.
Jake manages to kill the Pilot of the unidentified Black Hawk and as a result, crashes into the staff area of The Mall.

Terrorists[]
Terrorist have secured random positions within The Mall. If all Terrorists were killed or if a certain amount of time has passed. They would reinforce their troops by flying a Black Hawk over The Mall, and rappel half a squad of Terrorists through the skylights.
SWAT[]
SWAT Units are seen entering through the windows to reinforce Jake. Their objectives were to rescue all the hostages within The Mall as well as eliminate all the Terrorists.
Mall Hostages[]
These hostages were at the wrong place at the wrong time on September. They have been used as tools to delay the SWAT from pursuing the run away Terrorists.
